2003 Toyota 4Runner

The 4th gen 4runner might be one of the most useful chassis that Toyota has produced in the 2000s. Parts are readily available just about anywhere for these things due to the fact that they share many parts with cars like the Lexus GX470, the second gen Tacoma, the FJ Cruiser, and even the later generation 4runners. Personally I still love the size of the 4th gen 4runner. Once you make the jump to the 5th gen, everything is bigger, but with the 4th gen, you still have the nimble/agile feel of the 3rd gen with some new modern amenities. This car in particular is a 4.7 v8 model. The 4th gen runner was the only 4runner to ever come factory with a v8 which is think is kinda sweet.

This car was near and dear to me as I actually originally helped a friend buy it back in 2022 when they needed a car. Once they needed more space, I found them another 4th gen v8 runner that ended up having a 3rd row to suit their needs a little better. This car did its job more than well for them and when it was time to pass the torch, I’m happy that I had the opportunity to take the car back in. Here are some photos!

This truck was sold to a Sandpoint local. I’m excited to see what direction they take with the rig and watch it grow up!
